This will outline the main parameters of the evaluation including the methodology, key evaluation questions, timeline and budget, all based on your needs and expectations. This step ensures that we have a clear plan moving forward that aligns with your needs.

With the offer accepted, we'll fine-tune the details to make sure everything is perfect. Then I will need some time to collect all the necessary data though in depth interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, based on our agreement. Throughout the cooperation we will be meeting regularly to check the progress and adjust anything that needs some revision.

In the final step, I analyze collected data to create a concise report, then host a workshop to discuss and validate findings with stakeholders.
